EXCHANGE POLICY:

Not everyone finds love at first fit but our team is here to help find the best outfit for you.

If you wish to exchange your item, an exchange will be granted providing the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached within 3 days receiving the order. 

IMPORTANT when trying items on please make sure that you're not leaving fragrance, deodorant nor make up stains. 

We offer a swap or exchange - you are responsible for postage in returning. This does not apply to any countries outside of the U.S 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
  • No discounts applied for exchanges 
  • Defective items must be REPORTED IMMEDIATELY.

NON EXCHANGABLE ITEMS:

  • Discounted items are final & can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Bikinis & Swimwear due to hygienic purposes
  • Leather goods & Sandals, Shoes and essentials 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

STORE CREDIT

  • Returned items will be issued as a STORE CREDIT to the customer.
  • Does not have expiration date
  • It is not transferable 

THE ALLURE ACCENTS TEAM has the right to reject any items requested for exchange based upon the discretions of the ALLURE ACCENTS team based upon the guidelines of the return policy
